Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an experience, purchasing a gift card, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of reservation. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes and fees where stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booked slot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

4. Waivers

All participants must sign a waiver before taking part in any experience. Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Age & Health Requirements

Some experiences have age and health restrictions. Please check the age guidance on each experience before booking. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by VR or motion experiences, please consult us before booking.

6. Liability

MAIVRX is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
